Out of Season Activity


The following forms are required to be completed for any out-of-season activity or school match not covered by FFV administered competition. Please ensure all forms are completed according to the terms and conditions specified.

NOTE: FFV will not appoint referees to any fixtures if all conditions are not met in your application.

For lodgement of this form; the following terms and conditions apply:

• Only fully completed applications will be considered
• An administrative charge applies for all matches
• Applications must be lodged one (1) full week before the event date
• If it is a tournament event; applications must be lodged one (1) full month before the event date
• If any part of this form is not completed as required, applications will be returned for completion
• Referees will only be appointed to matches where the event arrangements have been completed within the required timeframes as set out above
• An official referee must be appointed for any match played at Darebin International Sports Centre (DISC). Matches will not proceed without an official referee at this venue
• FFV will not bear any responsibility for the non-appointment of officials, resultant losses or cancellations due to the failure to adequately plan ahead and meet the timeframes required as set out by FFV
• FFV welcome the opportunity to include events into our planning well in advance of these minimum time frames and encourage clubs to plan their events and notify at the earliest possible time

 CLUB OUT OF SEASON MATCHES FORM

  • This form is to be completed by all FFV clubs for out-of-season matches, friendlies or tournaments

 SCHOOL MATCHES FORM

  • This form is to be completed by schools wishing to have referees appointed for their matches and tournaments
